地石榴提取物对小鼠肝纤维化的抑制作用

【摘要】目的:探讨地石榴醇提物对日本血吸虫所致小鼠肝纤维化的影响。方法:小鼠经腹部皮肤感染日本血吸虫尾蚴诱导肝纤维化模型,并于感染6周后灌胃给药,持续治疗8周。实验结束时,测定血清中ALT、AST、HA和肝组织中Hyp含量,计算肝指数。结果: 地石榴醇提物能ALT、AST、HA和HYP含量及肝指数。与模型组比差异有显著性(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论: 地石榴醇提物对日本血吸虫所致小鼠肝纤维化有防治作用。
