    【摘要】目的：探讨混合痔术后多发原因及疗效分析。方法：选择混合痔患者共420例进行具体治疗方法的分析。结果：痊愈415例，5例因术后护理不佳出现结扎线脱落出血及肛缘水肿赘皮增生，血栓形成。处理后好转，治愈率98.8%，好转率100%。结论：通过改进手术方法并加强护理治疗混合痔疗效显著。
