    【摘要】急诊科工作应急性强，风险大，没有规律，突发事件多，纠纷发生率高，给年轻门急诊护士身心带来很大的压力，本文通过对门急诊22名三年内年轻护士的培养，通过建立业务能力档案管理，收效良好，提高了业务能力，增强了团队精神。
