前方牵引配合快速扩弓矫治上颌狭窄的骨性III类错颌的临床疗效分析

【摘要】 目的：探讨前方牵引配合快速扩弓对上颌狭窄的骨性III类错颌的矫治效果。方法：选择24例上牙弓狭窄的骨性III类错颌畸形的患者，其中男性14例，女性10例，平均年龄9.8岁，先使用快速扩弓，再行前方牵引，平均疗程12个月，应用X线头影测量技术进行硬组织分析，并对治疗前后测量结果进行分析比较。结果：治疗后矢状方向上有效上颌长度，上颌突度，上切牙突度增大，垂直方向下前面高增大，患者的反颌解除。 结论：上牙弓发育不足狭窄的安氏III类错颌患者采用前方牵引加快速扩弓，能促进上颌骨生长，有利于错颌的纠正或程度减轻。

【Abstract】 Objective：To evaluate the effect of the therapy anterior traction with rapidly-expansing arch in correcting bony false occlusion Ⅲ of maxillary traction.Methods：24 bony false occlusion Ⅲ of superior dental arch stricture patients were treated, 14 patients were male, 10 patients were female, the average age was 9.8years; All pa were treated with rapidly-expansing arch first, then with anterior traction. The treatment continued 12 months, the hard tisues were examined with cephalometric roentgenogram(tracing) before and after treatment. Results：Maxil-lary length,maxillary protrusion,masillary incisor protrusion increased through the treatment in anteroposterior relationship,and the lower anterior face height increased Conclusion：The therapy of anterior traction with rapidly-expansing arch can promote the development of maxilla and correct bony false occlusion Ⅲof maxillary stricture due to development deficiency. ......
