【Abstract】 examines the personnel except to carry out the laboratory operation stipulation, to develop the entire journey nature to control, but also must collect the clinical administrative offices and clinician's feedback opinion, raises the clinical thought consciousness, the study clinical knowledge can improve own service quality. Synthesis all information carry on the scientific thought and the logical analysis, after the prevention health care, the disease diagnoses, the treatment, the pre- judgement and so on provides the objective basis.
