女性生殖道支原体感染调查及药敏结果分析

【摘要】目的：了解女性生殖道支原体感染及临床药敏情况。方法：2006年6有至2007年6月江苏省大丰市第三人民医院对1768例妇科门诊患者进行了宫颈分泌物支原休培养，并对阳性标本做9种抗生素药敏试验。采用支原体培养、鉴定、药敏一体化试剂盒进行检测。结果：1768例中支原体阳性为997例，感染率为56.4%，其中解脲支原体(UU)、人型支原体(MH)及混合感染的阳性率分别占51.0%(902例)、10.9%(192例)、38.1%(674例)。药物敏感情况：UU单一感染最高为克拉霉素86.0%，MH单一感染最高为美满霉素76.6%，混合感染为美满霉素56.95%。结论：在本研究中女性生殖道支原体感染率为56.4%，克拉霉素是治疗UU感染的首选药，美满霉素是治疗MH和混合感染的首选药。

【Abstract】 goal: Understood the female reproduces ainfection and the clinical medicine sensitive situation. Medicine sensitive situation: UU sole infection high for carat mildew element 86.0%, MH sole infection high for content mildew element 76.6%, mix infection for content mildew element 56.95%. Conclusion: The female reproduces ainfection percentage in this research is 56.4%, the carat mildew element is treats the UU infection the first choice medicine, the content mildew element is treats MH and the mix infection first choice medicine. ......
