HPLC法测定哮喘宁颗粒中黄芩苷的含量

【摘要】 哮喘宁颗粒是由黄芩、牡丹皮、桂枝、甘草4味中药组成有中成药，具有宣肺平喘的功效，临床上用于肺热咳喘痰多等症状，黄芩苷为黄芩的有效成份。本文采用HPLC法测定哮喘宁颗粒中的黄芩苷，结果表明该法简便、灵敏、可靠。
