【摘要】儿童急性胰腺炎的病因与成人有明显区别，及见于外伤性胆道和胰管发育异常胆道蛔虫等，但儿童胰腺炎的临床表现均不典型，这就需我们通过仪器和临床观察，急时准确的给予确诊和治疗。
