【摘要】小儿急性胰腺炎的发病的特点，病毒感染较多见，另外由胆道疾患引起急性胰腺炎在本组资料中3例，在小儿急性胰腺患者中，医生应详细询问满足，确定病因，防止胰腺炎的反复发作。
