【摘要】目的：建立测定川葛颗粒中有效成分含量的方法。方法：采用高效液相色谱法对川葛颗粒中葛根素进行含量测定。结果：葛根素进样量在0.0904-0.9040ug范围内与峰面值呈良好的线性关系。结论：本含量测定方法具有一定的精密性、准确性与稳定性，方法：简便可行。适用于川葛颗粒中有效成分的含量测定。
