【摘要】林可霉素临床使用的过程中，越来越多出现了不良反应，但只要医护人员仔细观察患者的症状，急时采取措施，就可在较短时间内消除不良反应，使患都恢复正常。在临床中，任何药物都存在不良反应，所以我们要仔细询问病史，严格掌控适应症和剂量，随时防治不良反应的发生。
