【摘要】通过对247例首次发病的脑卒中患者进行不同的康复治疗手段，患者入院后3d内及治疗30d时，评定神经功能缺损程度、脑损伤肢体功能恢复分期以及日常生活活动能力。通过统计学分析，提示患肢早期功能煅炼结合键肢功能强化煅炼对脑卒中的康复具有积极的康复效果。
