【摘要】咯血是肺结核的严重并发症，且往往加重肺结核的病情，甚至是引起死亡的重要原因。肺结核大咯血是肺科的急症之一，病情来势凶猛。咯血诱因有结核病灶较大合并感染。因引作为肺结核咯血的护理工作至关重要。
