横突间植骨融合与椎间融合器融合治疗腰椎滑脱症的比较研究

     【摘要】目的：比较横突间植骨融合与椎间融合器治疗腰椎滑脱的疗效。方法：收集我院住院治疗的81例患者，分为两组分别进行横突间植骨融合(37例)及椎间融合器融合(44例)治疗，分析二种方法对腰椎滑脱症的疗效。结果：椎间融合器组的融合率明显高于横突间植骨融合组。结论：椎间融合器融合为治疗腰椎滑脱症的效方法之一，可推广应用。

    Comparison of Clinical Outcomes Between intertransverse fusion andintervertebral fusion device in treating lumber Spondylolisthesis

    【Abstract】Objeetive:Purpose: To compare the curative effect between intertransverse fusion andintervertebral fusion device in treating lumber Spondylolisthesis. Methods: 81 cases were divided into two groups. One group(37cases) was treated by intertransverse fusion treatment. The other group(44 cases) was treated by intervertebral fusion device treatment.Result:The total fusion rate was obviously significant in intervertebral fusion device group. Conclusions: Treatment of intervertebral fusion device is worthy of being recommended.
