【摘要】目的：通过病案信息资源的分析，为医院管理提供依据。方法：从六个方面阐述病案信息在医院管理中的作用。结果：病案信息对医院的内部管理及公安、司法、商业保险等外部单位提供帮助。结论:对病案信息的充分利用，提高了医院的现代化管理水平。

    【Abstract】Objeetive:Through the medical record information resource analysis, provides the basis for the hospital management. Method: Elaborates the medical record information from six aspects in the hospital management function.Result：The medical record information to the hospital internal management and the public security, the judicature, the commercial insurance and so on exterior unit provides the help. Conclusion: To the medical record information full use, raised the hospital modern management level.
