【摘要】目前农村公共卫生存在着各级政府之间责任划分不明确、农村公共卫生内部补偿机制不健全等问题。解决这些问题就要从强化政府责任、完善可持续的农村公共卫生投入机制等几方面入手。

    【Abstract】The present countryside public health has between all levels of governments the responsibility division not to be clear about, the countryside public health interior compensates the mechanism not to be perfect and so on the question.
