【摘要】新生儿HIE是围产期新生儿常见病，也是引起新生儿死亡及影响其健康发育的重要因素，因此对HIE的合理治疗极为重要。新生儿HIE可引起代谢障碍细胞损伤，血管调节机制障碍，脑水肿及神经元坏死等病理生理的改变。本文证实，大剂量黄芪治疗新生儿HIE有确切的疗效。
