【摘要】为了提高护理人员的法律观念和自我保护意识，应对新的医疗法规。通过分析护理工作中容易引起的法律纠纷，提出护理人员应加强的法律观念，严格执行各项规章制度，增强证据意识，加强护患沟通，努力提高护理工作质量，减少护理纠纷。

    【Abstract】Objeetive:In order to heighten nursing staff’s legal idea and protects oneself to realize, should to the new medical laws and regulations. Nurses the legal dispute through the analysis which in the work is easy to cause, proposed the nursing staff should strengthen the legal idea, strictly carries out each rules and regulations, strengthens the evidence consciousness, strengthens protects the trouble communication, diligently enhances nurses the work quality, reduces nurses the dispute.
