【摘要】高血压成为心脑血管疾病重要的危险因素，长期高血压引起动脉内皮功能受损，导致动脉粥样硬化的形成和发展，对心脑血管等靶器官造成损害。超声检测颈动脉粥样硬化及血管内皮功能，不仅为早期发现、预防和治疗高血压脑梗死有参考价值，并有利于作为监测和评估病情变化的指标。【关键词】高血压；动脉粥样硬化；血管内皮功能；临床研究
