【摘要】目的：探索2型-5型狼疮性肾炎各肾脏病理类型的特征及其相应治疗措施，疗效和预后情况。方法：将通过肾活检术，肾脏病理明确诊断的2型-5型狼疮性肾炎，再根据不同的临床表现分为五种临床类型：尿检异常型，肾病综合征型，急性肾炎综合征，急性肾炎，慢性肾衰。采取相应的综合治疗，取得了显著的疗效。【关键词】狼疮性肾炎；临床诊；进展
