氢溴酸高乌甲素治疗老年性带状疱疹后遗神经痛的疗效观察
【摘要】带状疱疹是一种常见的病毒性皮肤病，由于带状疱疹的致病原水痘——带状疱疹病毒(VZV)侵犯脊髓后索和机体的免疫反应等原因，带状疱疹愈后易遗疱疹后神经痛(PHV),尤其在老年人，带状疱疹的发病率和疱疹后神经痛的发生率都较高。近年来，笔者应用更昔洛韦联合氢溴酸高乌甲素治疗带状疱疹神经痛，在减轻和预防后遗神经痛方面取得了满意的疗效。【关键词】氢溴酸高乌甲素；老年性；带状疱疹；后遗神经痛；疗效观察
