【摘要】卒中后抑郁(poststroke depression, PSD)是脑血管意外的常见并发症。主要表现为情绪低落、自责自罪、兴趣减低等，且患者的认知功能障碍与疾病的发展、疗效及预后有密切关系。为探讨PSD患者的临床特点与发生率，我们对在我院治疗的卒中患者进行了量表调查。【关键词】卒中后抑郁；障碍的临床；分析
