镍铬合金烤瓷修复体的临床应用
【摘要】镍铬合金烤瓷修复体目前已经成为最广泛的修复体之一，我院从2006年开始引进牙科镀金技术，在普通镍铬合金制作的PFM修复体表面镀覆纯金镀层，以提高其抗腐蚀性能，从而减少牙龈边缘变色和灰线的产生，同时增加了其边缘的密合度，大大提高了临床修复效果，增加了患者的满意度。【关键词】镍铬合金；烤瓷修复；临床应用

【Abstract】Nickel-chromium alloy porcelain restoration has become the most extensive restoration of our hospital from 2006, the introduction of dental gold-plated technology, in an ordinary nickel-chromium alloy PFM produced by the body repair surface coating Gold plating to enhance its corrosion resistance, thus reducing discoloration and gum edge of a gray line, and increased its edge of fitness, thereby greatly increasing the effectiveness of repair, an increase of patient satisfaction.
