外伤性脾破裂患者的病情观察及护理体会
【摘要】外伤性脾破裂在腹腔脏器损伤中发生率最高，而延迟性脾破裂常常易被人们忽略，往往在受伤后未引起患者的重视，就诊时已经失血过多，造成休克等危及病人生命。我科2005年1月～2007年1月间，共收治该类病人23例，均经积极抢救成功，本文就病情观察及护理体会进行总结分析。【关键词】脾破裂；观察；护理
