有机磷农药中毒治疗过程与护理对策(1)
【摘要】目的：探讨急性有机磷农药中毒的急救与护理，及应用解毒剂、复能剂与积极的护理措施是否可提高治愈率。方法：回顾性分析128例急性有机磷农药中毒的临床资料。结果：128例患者中轻、中度中毒者全部治愈，重度中毒患者死亡6例，抢救成功率96.1%。结论：对急性有机磷农药中毒患者进行争分夺秒的抢救与细心护理至关重要，可明显提高治愈率。【关键词】农药；中毒；治疗；护理

【Abstract】- Objective: To study the acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning and first aid care, and application of Antidote, rehabilitation to the care of and active measures to improve the cure rate. Methods: Retrospective analysis of 128 cases of acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning the clinical data. Results: 128 patients with mild to moderate poisoning were all cured, patients with severe poisoning death six cases, the survival rate 96.1%. Conclusion: The acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning in a race against time to rescue and care is essential carefully, can significantly improve the cure rate.
