【摘要】目的：探讨《护理概论》教学中学生学习兴趣培养的必要性及有效措施。方法：采用自制的调查表，对开设《护理概论》的学生进行问卷调查并分析调查结果。结果：学生表示不喜欢老师“满堂灌”教学方式的居多，而对多媒体等综合教学方式比较青睐。结论：《护理概论》教学中应以培养学生的学习兴趣为前提，通过强化教师的个人素质与态度、多种教学方法与模式相结合、多媒体等教学手段的充分利用、建立师生互动、结合临床病例以及扩大课外阅读等途径与措施，提高《护理概论》教学的质量，改善学生学习效果，培养学生的思维能力，为学生向专业护士角色的转变打下良好的基础。

    Cultivation of the Learning Interests in Teaching of “Outline of Nursing”

    【Abstract】Objective: To investigate the necessity and measures of the cultivation of learning interests in teaching of the course - “Outline of nursing”. Method: To deliver home-made questionnaires to the students who take the course of “Outline of nursing”. Results: Most students like the teaching form of media mix and do not like the teaching form of teachers' explaining all in the texbook. Conclusion: It is of necessity to cultivate the learning interests of students. And we should use this teaching form as more as possible to cultivate the learning interests of students and their thinking ability. ......
