【摘要】目的:探讨使用拉米夫定后产生不良反应的一般规律和特点。方法:对我院2000～2006年发生的48例拉米夫定不良反应进行统计和分析。结果：拉米夫定不良反应临床表现多种多样，以肝炎病情加重为主。结论:临床上拉米夫定发生不良反应虽少，但是少数病人可能发生严重后果，要予以重视。

    【Abstract】Objective: To discuss the general rules and characteristics of adverse drug reactions (ADRS) of lamivudine.Method : 48 example lamivudine who 2000~2006year occurs to my courtyard decides the untoward effect to carry on the statistics and the analysis. RESULTS:The adverse drug reactions (ADRs) of lamivudine clinical manifestation to be many and varied, by hepatitis condition aggravation primarily. CONCLUSION :although the adverse drug reactions (ADRs) of lamivudine to be few surely, but the minority patient possibly has the serious results, must give to take seriously.
