【摘要】中期妊娠阴道流血是常见的产科急诊，因其病因多，胎儿孕龄小常引起临床诊断与处理的困难。本文回顾性的分析了2002年1月～2006年12月就诊于我院的中期妊娠阴道流血患者33例，探讨该病的发生机制、诊断、处理及预后。

    【Abstract】The intermediate stage pregnancy vagina bleeds is the common obstetrics emergency medical treatment, because its cause of disease are many, the embryo is pregnant age young Chang to cause the clinical diagnosis and the processing difficulty. This article reviews the analysis in January, 2002 ~2006 year in December has received a medical examination in my courtyard intermediate stage pregnancy vagina bleeding patient 33 examples, the occurrence mechanism which, the diagnosis, processing and the prognosis the discussion should get sick.
