【摘要】异位妊娠是妇产科常见的急腹症，其发病率近年上升趋势明显，约1%。患者胚胎若死亡，滋养细胞活力消失，蜕膜自宫壁剥离，而发生阴道出血，与先兆流产和不全流产难以鉴别，故大多数患者以不规则阴道出血来就诊。本文就3例误诊宫外孕对此谈些体会。

    【Abstract】The extrauterine pregnancy is gynecology and obstetrics department common acute abdominal pains, its disease incidence rate the trend of escalation was recent years obvious, approximately 1%. If the patient embryo dies, nutrient cell vigor vanishing, decidua from palace wall peeling, but has the colporrhagia, and not the entire miscarriage distinguishes with difficulty with the threatened miscarriage, therefore the majority patients receive a medical examination by the anomalous colporrhagia. This article discusses a experience regarding this on 3 example error diagnostic extra-uterine pregnancy.
