【摘要】目的：探讨针刺结合穴位注射治疗三叉神经痛的疗效。方法：对我院80例三叉神经痛患者将患者随机分为观察组,对照组，对照组采用针刺治疗，观察组在此基础上加用穴位治疗，比较两组的疗效。结果：经过治疗，观察组的总有效率明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：采用本方法的三叉神经痛，能巩固疗效，有效预防复发，较单纯针刺治疗更为有效。

    【Abstract】Objective:The discussion acupuncture unifies the acupuncture point injection to treat trifacial neuralgia's curative effect.
