【摘要】腰椎间盘突出症是骨科常见病之一，多以腰部疼痛、压痛、向腿部放射、肢体麻木、感觉障碍、活动受限为主，患者痛苦大，严重影响患者的生活质量。由于手术治疗风险较大，故用保守治疗。通过针灸、手法按摩、中药外敷、牵引、理疗、药物注射综合治疗方法对100例患者进行治疗观察。

    【Abstract】The waist intervertebral disc prominent sickness is one of orthopedics common diseases, many by the waist ache, the tenderness, to the thigh emission, the body is numb, the feeling barrier, the activity are limited primarily, the patient pain is big, serious influence patient's quality of life. Because the surgery treats the risk to be big, therefore with treats conservatively. Through acupuncture, the technique massage, the traditional Chinese medicine externally apply, the hauling, the physical therapy, the medicine injection complex therapy method to carry on the treatment observation to 100 examples patients.
