【摘要】目的:了解本社区0~3岁散居儿童营养不良的发生情况。方法：以社区中0~3岁的3624名儿童为调查对象，进行常规儿保门诊体检。结果：莘庄镇散居儿童的营养不良发生与喂养不当，饮食习惯，低出生体重等多种因素有关。结论：动员全社会力量，通过健康教育的知识普及，从源头上预防营养不良的发生。

    【Abstract】The purpose of this paper is to research the incidence of malnutrition among aged 0~3 children diasporaed in this community.Method:Through conventional medical clinic for children`s health,we surveyed 3652 children aged 0~3 in the community center..Result:The malnutrition among children living in Xinzhuang town is concerned with many factors, such as feeding ,eating habits and low birth weight.Conclusion;To prevent the occurrence of malnutrition from the source,it is necessary to universal the knowledge of health education in the whole of society.
