86例神经内窥镜治疗梗阻性脑积水的护理体会

【摘要】 目的 研究梗阻性脑积水患者神经内窥镜治疗期间的临床护理。方法 将86例患者分为两组，两组均给予神经内窥镜治疗，对照组治疗期间给予常规护理，实验组治疗期间给予综合护理。结果 两组患者脑室恢复正常比率及脑室显著缩小比率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)，实验组术后并发症发生率较低，两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 梗阻性脑积水患者神经内窥镜治疗期间给予综合护理，可提高手术效果，术后并发症少。
