复杂眼外伤的玻切手术治疗(1)

【摘要】 目的 探讨玻璃体切除术治疗眼外伤手术时机和治疗效果。方法 应用玻璃体切除术治疗眼外伤58例，总结临床资料，对手术时机和治疗效果进行分析、评价。结果 外伤后接受玻璃体手术，术后功能治愈(41.38%)，解剖治愈(44.83%)，失败(13.79%)。结论 玻璃体切除术能有效治疗严重眼外伤，最大程度地拯救眼球，保存并恢复视功能。

【Abstract】Objective To evaluate the effects of vitreous surgery in the treatment of complicated ocular trauma.Method Fifty-eight cases(58 eyes)with complicated ocular trauma underwent vitrectomy and combined surgry.Results After treatment，vision improved in 24 eyes；foreign bodies in 16 eyes were extracted in one operation.Conclusion Vitrectomy is an effective surgery for complicated ocular trauma.Appropriate operation occasion and project are determinants to save the eye and restore the visual function ......
