    消化道大出血的病人近些年来呈递增趋势，并且多数病人属多系统疾病，其中一些脑梗或心梗的病人在治疗过程中往往有新的梗塞灶发生，笔者从医数年来，治疗此病数百例，深感其中病情复杂多变，并不局限单纯的止血及补充血容量那么简单，现将治疗消化道出血的2例合并梗塞的典型病例介绍如下，分析其中的病因所在，以和同道探讨。
