【摘 要】目的：比较甘精胰岛素与门冬胰岛素30在2型糖尿病治疗中的临床疗效。方法：选取2014年10月到2017年5月收院诊治的2型糖尿病患者780例为研究对象，随机分为对照组和观察组，每组390例。对照组给予甘精胰岛素治疗，实验组给予门冬胰岛素30治疗，对比两组的临床治疗效果。结果：对照组和实验组的临床治疗效果无明显差异，不具统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论：甘精胰岛素和门冬胰岛素30对2型糖尿病均有很好的治疗效果。
