【摘 要】目的：本次研究主要观察肥胖2型糖尿病患者采取二甲双胍结合西格列汀治疗的效果。方法：本次研究纳入84例肥胖2型糖尿病患者当做观察对象，纳入时间段为2017年12月-2018年12月，将患者随机分为研究组与参照组，研究组患者治疗时运用西格列汀联合二甲双胍的方式，参照组患者治疗时单独运用二甲双胍。结果：研究组患者的空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖与糖化血红蛋白均要低于参照组，p<0.05。结论：肥胖2型糖尿病患者在治疗中采用西格列汀联合二甲双胍的方式，可取得较为理想的降糖效果。
