【摘 要】目的：通过对小儿血液疾病患者发生不同的护理方案，观察其临床效果，探究不同护理方案的临床特点。方法：从来我院诊治的2016年1月-2018年12月的血液疾病患儿中随机抽取64例，采用随机数字法随机分为对照组32例：实施常规护理，观察组32例：实施常规护理+风险管理，观察两组患者风险事件发生情况。结果：观察组静脉炎有1例感染风险有1例，总风险事件发生率为6.25%；对照组输血风险有2例，静脉炎有2例，感染风险有3例，总风险事件发生率为21.88%。观察组总风险事件发生率低于对照组(X2=10.553，P<0.05)。结论：风险管理可以有效降低小儿血液疾病输血风险事件的发生，减少患儿痛苦，是一项值得广泛应用的护理方案。
