【摘 要】 目的：观察维生素B1、利多卡因穴位注射治疗小儿遗尿的临床疗效。方法： 将80例患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组采用维生素B1、利多卡因注射液耳穴注射治疗，对照组采用口服盐酸丙咪嗪治疗。结果： 治疗组总有效率95.12%，对照组总有效率84.62%。两组比较有显著差异。结论： 穴位注射疗法治疗小儿遗尿疗效显著。
