【摘要】目的观察慢性硬膜下血肿双针穿刺治疗疗效。方法采用北京万特福公司生产的YL-1型颅内血肿粉碎针双靶点穿刺引流血肿。结果 12例病人均全部清除血肿。结论采用YL-1型颅内血肿粉碎针双靶点穿刺治疗慢性硬膜下血肿是一项简便安全、效果明显的好方法。

    【Abstract】 ObjectiveThe effects of chronic subdural hematoma pairs of needle therapy. MethodsWith Beijing 10000 Avon produced by YL-1 type of intracranial hematoma puncture and drainage of crushed needles pairs of targets hematoma. Results12 patients, are all to remove the hematoma. ConclusionUse of YL-1 type of intracranial hematoma puncture and crush-pin dual-target the treatment of chronic subdural hematoma is a simple and safe, effective and a good way obviously.

    2008年1月至2009年10月我院采用YL-1型颅内血肿粉碎针双靶点穿刺治疗慢性硬膜下血肿,较传统钻孔引流术和单针穿刺获得得较好疗效,现总结如下:
