照射时间延长对小鼠Lewis肺癌凋亡影响的初步观察(1)

     【摘要】目的 模拟IMRT照射模式,观察照射时间延长对小鼠Lewis肺癌凋亡的影响及Caspase-3表达的变化。方法 将荷Lewis肺癌C57BL/6 雄性小鼠40只随机分为假照组、常规照射组(A组)、IMRT模拟组(B1组和B2组)4组,照射后取出肿瘤,测细胞凋亡率,及Caspase-3表达。结果 各组凋亡率的差别有统计学意义(F=41.83,P <0.01)。其中假照组的凋亡率最低(1.02±0.25)%,A组的凋亡率最高(5.26±1074)%,B1组、B2组分别为(2.92±0.18)%、(1.98±0.21)%。Caspase-3测定结果各组间的差别有统计学意义,(F=84,P <0.01)。其中假照组的荧光强度最低8.30±0.68,A组的荧光强度最高26.54±3.07,B1组、B2组分别为19.52±3.22、14.67±2.60。(请在结果中加入具体实验数据)结论 在一定的范围内,随着照射时间延长,小鼠Lewis肺癌细胞凋亡指数下降,Caspase-3表达降低,高能X线对小鼠Lewis肺癌杀伤作用降低。IMRT照射模式下,照射时间延长可导致生物效应下降,应给予适当的补偿。(请在结论中说明该结论有何临床和指导意义)。 摘要修改后清对英文摘要做出相应修改

    【Abstract】Objective To investigate effects of prolonged fraction dose- delivery time modeling intensity-modulated radiation therapy on tumor cellular apoptosis of Lewis pulmonary carcinoma in mice and its possible mechanisms. MethodsLewis pulmonary carcinoma models in 40 C57BL/ 6 male mice were prepared and randomly divided into 4 groups equally: sham-irridiated group,conventional radiotherapy group(A group), two modeling IMRT groups(B1group,B2group,) with different prolonged fraction delivery time. The mice in group A ,group B1 and group B2 were irradiated with 6 MV X-rays at a dose of 15Gy. All the mice were executed at 24 hours after irradiation respectively .the changes of apoptosis rate(AR) and level of expression Caspase-3 in tumor tissues were examined.
