【摘要】目的 探讨不同保温措施对全身麻醉大面积烧伤削痂植皮病人麻醉恢复期的影响。方法 大面积烧伤病人72例采用随机数字表法随机分为4组各18例,各组均在室温下进行手术,常温组(A组)不做特殊处理;电子液体加温组(B组)输液、输血采用电子液体加温仪保温;电热毯保温组(C组)采用手术床上铺电热毯(38~40℃);综合组(D组 )采用电子液体加温和电热毯保温。观察各组病人血压、心电图、腋温、尿量、失血量等的变化,并记录麻醉苏醒期血压异常、心律失常、苏醒延迟、寒战、躁动等发生情况 。结果 4组病人苏醒期并发症发生率比较有统计意义(P<0.01或P<0.05),D组并发症发生率明显低于其他3组。结论 大面积烧伤削痂植皮病人采取综合保温措施可缩短麻醉恢复期,减少各种并发症的发生率。

【Abstract】Objective To investigate the general anesthesia of different insulation measures on a large area burn tangential excision anesthesia recovery of patients affected. Method 72 cases of large area burn patients using random number table method were randomly divided into 4 groups of 18 patients, each group were carried out at room temperature for surgery, normothermia group (A group) was treated no special treatment; e-liquid heating group (B group ) was treated infusion、 blood transfusion electronic liquid heating instrument insulation; Blanket insulation group (C group) was treated operating Table capped electric blanket (38 ~ 40 ℃); consolidated group (D group) was treated electronic liquid heating and insulation blanket. observed in each group of patients blood pressure, electrocardiogram, axillary temperature, urine output, blood loss and other changes, and record the recovery from anesthesia period of abnormal blood pressure, arrhythmia, delayed recovery, chills, restlessness were observed etc. Results The incidence of complications of the 4 groups of patients in wake were statistically significant (P <0.01 or P <0.05), the incidence of complications of D group was significantly lower than the other 3 groups. Conclusion The large area of tangential excision and skin grafting burn patients by given an integrated thermal insulation measures may reduce the anesthesia recovery period, reducing the incidence of complications ......
