【摘要】 医患关系紧张已成为当今中国社会的主要矛盾之一。如何防范医疗纠纷,构建和谐医患关系,一是要依法行医,遵守国家法律法规;二是要加强医疗质量管理,提高人才素质,落实医疗核心制度;三是要加强医患沟通,实行知情告知,尊重病人的知情选择权。

    【Abstract】 In recently society, the tension between doctors and patients has become a principal social issue. How to prevent medical dispute and build a harmony relationship between doctor and patient is the topic of this essay. Foremost, to abide by the law in medical practice is the key issue of all medical practice activities. Secondly, the improvement of medical quality management, the enhancement of human resource and the implementation of medical system rules play the essential role. Thirdly, to promote the communication between doctors and patients, to respect the patients’ right of know.
