【摘要】 医院开展药学服务在发达国家被证明是促使更加安全、经济、有效的使用药物的有效方法,是现代药学发展的趋势。而在我国由于相关法律法规不健全,高等教育培养药学人才模式滞后,管理者对开展服务型药学的认识存在局限性,药师自身素质不够等原因造成医院开展药学服务进度缓慢,针对相关因素提出对策,以期促进药学服务的发展。

    【Abstract】Hospital pharmacy service in developed countries was proved to be prompted more security, economic and effective drug use, is the effective method of the development trend of modern medicine. And the relevant laws and regulations in China because of higher education, talent cultivation mode, managers behind pharmacy for pharmaceutical knowledge service quality, a pharmacist limitations of hospital pharmacy reasons for slow service, and puts forward countermeasures and related factors in order to promote the development of pharmic service.
