【摘要】目的 探讨开放前列腺摘除手术治疗前列腺增生的疗效观察。方法 采用耻骨上前列腺摘除手术,并连续缝合前列腺窝止血,留置三腔尿管一周。结果 108例全部成功,手术时间在45min至90min左右,无一例失败。结论 前列腺摘除手术的关键是前列腺窝的缝合、手术后出血、膀胱痉挛等的处理是手术成功的关键。

    【Abstract】 Objective To explore the surgical treatment of open prostatectomy prostatic hyperplasia patients. Methods The surgical suprapubic prostatectomy and prostate fossa continuous suture to stop bleeding, indwelling catheter week, three-cavity. Results 108 cases were successful, the operation time is about 45min to 90min, with no failures. Conclusion The key to prostate removal surgery in the prostate fossa suture, postoperative bleeding, bladder spasm treatment is the key to successful operation.
