【摘要】目的 提升灾害易发地区医护人员灾后救护能力。方法 根据5.12汶川大地震灾后护理实践体会，结合灾区现有医护人员护理专业灾后护理能力较差的现状，对提高灾害易发地区护理人员灾后护理能力展开探讨。结果 自然灾害频发地区护理工作者的灾后护理专项职业教育或培训工作，提高了护理人员的灾后护理专业能力。结论 自然灾害频发地区护理工作者护理能力的提高有助于伤者康复。

    【Abstract】 Objective To improve health care disaster-prone areas, disaster rescue capability. Methods According to the 5.12 Wenchuan earthquake experience of nursing practice, nursing staff combined with the existing post-disaster disaster area the less the status of nursing, to improve the disaster-prone areas to start capacity of nurses post-disaster care.
