【摘要】目的 通过对重症小儿肺炎进行临床分析，总结护理体会，有效提高临床重症小儿肺炎的护理效果。方法 现将我院于2007年5月到2009年6月收治的78例重症小儿肺炎患儿分为两组，对照组、实验组各39例，实验组给予全程护理，随后进行临床观察分析。结果 78例患儿经治疗后均痊愈。结论 完善的护理有助于重症小儿肺炎早日康复出院。

    【Abstract】Objective To conduct clinical analysis of severe pneumonia in children, summarizes nursing experience, improve clinical care and effects of severe pneumonia in children. Methods The hospital now in May 2007 to June 2009 78 patients with severe pneumonia in children were divided into two groups, control group, 39 cases of experimental group, experimental group was given full care, followed by clinical observation and analysis .
