【摘要】目的评价Gamma钉治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的临床疗效。方法 对39例老年股骨粗隆间骨折的治疗作回顾性总结分析，所有病例均通过闭合复位完成手术, 骨折按Evans分型:Ⅰ型5例,Ⅱ型11例,Ⅲ型18例,Ⅳ型4例,Ⅴ型1例。结果术后随访6~21个月,平均15个月， 按董纪元等关节功能标准评定，优秀率71.7%。结论 闭合复位Gamma钉内固定是治疗老年人股骨粗隆间型骨折的良好方法。

    Treatment of Intertrochanteric Femoral Fracture in the eldly by Gamma Nail

    【Abstract】ObjectiveTo appraise the clinical results of the treatment ofintertrochanteric femoral fracture( IFF) in the elderly with Gamma nail .Methods A retrospective analysis was done in the treatment of 39 cases with IFF. All patients were treated by close reduction and intramedallary nail fixation. According to Evans classification, 5 fractures were classified as tapyⅠ,11 as tapy Ⅱ ,18 as tapy Ⅲ ,4 as tapy Ⅳand 1 as tapy Ⅴ. ResultsA follow-up of 6~21 months (mean 15 months) reveale that the excellent rate of hip function was 71.7%, according to Dong jiyuan′s system..ConclusionClose reduction and internal fixation with Gamma nail is an effective method of treatment for IFF in the elderly. ......
