【摘要】甲胎蛋白异质体(AFP-L3)与肿瘤细胞密切相关，是重要的肿瘤细胞诊断因子，尤其是针对原发性肝癌，在临床中对于肝癌定性诊断、肝癌预后和治疗肝癌药物的疗效评价都具有非常重要的意义。本文对甲胎蛋白异质体检测技术的研究进展进行简要的综述。

    【Abstract】Alpha-fetoprotein variants (AFP-L3) is closely related to Tumor cells.It is one of the most common diagnostic factor in clinic, especially in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). which is significant not only in diagnostic and prognosis of hepatocarcinoma but also in evaluating the effectiveness of medication therapy in hepatocarcinoma. This review summarizes recent advances in detection of alpha-fetoprotein variants (AFP-L3).
