【摘要】目的 将液基细胞学检测技术(LCT)应用于人体占位病变穿刺细胞学检查，探讨LCT技术在占位性病变穿刺诊断中的应用价值。方法 对我院病理科对内科和妇科共86例确诊为占位性病变患者采用经CT定位引导下通过皮细针穿刺占位性病变细胞，行LCT液基细胞学检查结合活检病理学检查，对病例进行诊断，分析比较。结果 在86例占位性病变穿刺标本中，液基细胞学诊断为恶性70例、可疑恶性5例、异形3例、阴性7例；活检组织病理学诊断为恶性68例、可疑恶性6例、异形3例、阴性11例。本组86例患者根据液基细胞结合组织病理检查，阳性检出率81.4%，阴性符合率为63.6%(7/11)，液基细胞学检查和活检病理学检查完全符合率达89.5%(77/86)，分型包括：鳞癌、腺癌、卵巢癌、小细胞癌、低分化癌。结论 经 CT定位、引导下行细针经皮肤穿刺细胞学检查能够准确的检测结果，有较高的阳性检出率，对人身体占位性病变有较高的诊断价值。

【Abstract】Objective The liquid-based cytology technique (LCT) used in human lesions puncture cytology of LCT puncture in the diagnosis of lesions of the application. Methods The medical and hospital pathology of 86 patients diagnosed with gynecological lesions were treated by CT guided localization fine needle through the skin lesions cell line LCT combination of liquid-based cytology biopsy pathology of cases were diagnosed, analyzed and compared. Results 86 patients with lesions in the biopsy samples, liquid-based cytology in 70 cases diagnosed as m alignant, suspicious m alignant in 5 cases, Alien 3 and negative in 7 cases; biopsy histopathology of 68 cases diagnosed as m alignant, 6 cases of suspected m alignant , Alien 3 and negative in 11 cases. The group of 86 patients with liquid-based cell and tissue based on pathological examination, the positive detection rate of 81.4%, negative coincidence rate was 63.6% (7 / 11), liquid-based cytology and biopsy pathology in full compliance rate was 89.5%(77/86), sub-type, including: squamous cell carcinoma, adenocarcinoma, ovarian cancer, small cell carcinoma, poorly differentiated cancer. Conclusion CT positioning, guided fine needle aspiration cytology in the skin test results can be accurate, has a higher positive detection rate of lesions on the human body has a higher diagnostic value.
